Born in Suffolk in the United Kingdom, Deb Sutton now lives in a small village in the north of France with her husband Alex. After retirement, she honed her storytelling by writing stage scripts performed by a local drama group in a converted barn theatre on their property
In her teenage years, she lived and worked on the British Channel Island of Guernsey, where she made many wonderful friends with whom she shared the magic of the late 1960s. It seemed only right that her debut novel should be set in that time, and on that beautiful Isle. Book two in the Sunset Over Lihou series is set both in Norfolk on the UK mainland and in Guernsey.
As a long-time supporter of the right of individuals to be respected and loved, regardless of their sex, gender, or sexuality, she decided that her romance series should have a transgender main character. Deb writes under the name of Abigail Summer and you can contact her by visiting her Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/SunsetOverLihou/
